Forez Porc

At Forez Porc in Lapalisse, France, MPS supplied a complete new cutting room in 1998, where they work according the principle of pace boning.

Pigs supplied from central France are slaughtered and boned using our technically advanced Stork MPS equipment. The meat can be traced from the farm to the customer.

Thanks to the well developed
concept of pace boning Forez Porc attained a large productivity
improvement.

MPS supplied to Forez Porc :

  • Primal cutting line, 400 carcasses per hour, suitable for French cut or industrial cut.
  • 3 double pace boning lines. Per pace boning line 24 persons.
  • The total capacity with 72 persons is 18 ton per hour.

The new slaughter house and the cutting room started the production in 1998. The factory with an area of 1500 m² has a slaughter- and bone capacity of 15000 pigs per week.
