Crown plant in Uralsk under construction

The new beef processing plant of Crown Worldwide Ltd. with its headquarters in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan is currently under construction.
The entire facility has been designed in accordance with the latest European specifications and will be built using state of the art technology. The plant will be suitable for processing cows, veal, bulls and feed lot cattle. This multi species plant will be fully compliant with all export requirements.
As well as hygienic processing lines in the various slaughtering areas,
there will also be fully equipped by product processing lines for intestines,
stomachs, offals, hides and legs. The whole chilled carcasses will transfer
into the deboning process with separation of muscles from trimmings and
fat through to a vacuum packaging area.
The start up of the plant is expected in the early summer.
