Germany: MPS Warehouse Management System installed at Tönnies Fleisch in one weekend!

Tönnies Fleisch in Weissenfels has seen its production increase when it brought on-line a new MPS fully automatic slaughterhouse and processing plant. The company invested Euro 65 million in the plant producing 1,000 tonnes of meat a day. The plant immediately increased slaughtering from 12,000 pigs a day to 13,000 and then slaughtering rose to capacity at 20,000 a day.
