New cattle slaughter facility for Martínez Loriente, Spain
The development of the most innovative cattle slaughtering project, at present developed in Europe, has arisen after one year of intensive work between the Martínez Loriente group and MPS meat processing systems.
The cattle slaughterhouse will have the most advance slaughtering equipment combined with state-of the art technology in traceability and process control. With any doubt MPS has set the new standard in cattle processing.
The slaughterhouse will have a capacity of slaughtering 80 head per hour.
