20-02-2009

Just within one year after completion of the suppliers contracts the first lot of pigs, sows and cattle has been slaughtered at the newly established meat plant of the Kudriachowskoje Group.

The plant is located in the new industrial zone outside of the city's suburbs Kriwodanowka, is constructed completely out of insulated panels in combination with an internal portal construction and does contain the livestock holding area including weighing, the complete slaughtering lines (with hygienic solutions like vertical scalding and complete polishing/flaming/sterilising) for pigs, sows and cattle with the by-products processing connected adjacent, a complete warehousing cooler, and a cutting- and deboning facility.

After vacuum packing the final products are dispatched from the plant to the several retailers in the wide area, or will be processed in the near future in the enclosed processing plant. The plant is able to process 120 pigs or 60 sows per hour, in combination with a 10 cattle per hour.

This state-of-art facility is a welcome reference for the Russian meat industry.
