In January 2006 hog slaughter operations have started at the plant in St. Joseph, Missouri, where Triumph Foods has chosen to locate its corporate headquarters and operations. The $150 million world-class pork processing facility will be the newest in the nation and includes many design elements specifically tailored to enhance food safety and food quality.
