Cooperl

Cooperl Hunaudaye, a farmers co-operative specialising in pork production and slaughtering, was founded in April 1966 by a group of farmers in the Lamballe region (Côtes d Armor). Cooperls initial roles were the technical and commercial support of farmers that were undergoing an intensification of their activities. But in 1978 Cooperl took sharing interest in two slaughterhouses.

Nanchiku

In South Kyushu -Japan- MPS has built a new slaughterline with the newest equipment: the F-line and a condensation heat tunnel. VION

After a major fire on March 25, 2001 at the Boxtel site of VION - one of the largest meat companies in Europe- the group was forced to rebuild the whole factory within a very short period of time, to minimize production loss. As a result, MPS was chosen as the key equipment supplier.

Inalca

In Italy MPS realised two large complete cattle slaughterhouses for the Italian Gruppo Cremonini in 1996 and 1999. Both companies, Inalca and Ultrocchi, near Modena, now belong to the absolute top in Europe.

Hokkaido

Hokkaido Chikusan Kosha (located in Hokkaido) was the first slaughterhouse in Japan, who adopted the "Dry Style Cattle Slaughtering System", which enables them to carry out top level micro-organism control throughout the whole process.

Bell AG, established in 1971, slaughters and processes mainly pigs, cattle and calves from the near surrounding area. The new slaughterhouse construction complies with EU-standards. The company has an EU-Export-Number. Bell AG belongs to the Bell-group.

By HACCP guide lines Compaxo needed to reorganize the production process. Together with MPS a suitable concept has been developed and the cutting room has been renewed. The investment costs were low regarding the operational costs. Therefore the installation can be paid back in a short time.

Forez Porc

At Forez Porc in Lapalisse, France, MPS supplied a complete new cutting room in 1998, where they work according the principle of pace boning. Pigs supplied from central France are slaughtered and boned using our technically advanced MPS equipment. The meat can be traced from the farm to the customer.
