Compact state of the art pig slaughterline for Kowadaya K.K.

Kowadaya K.K. is a SQF 2000 HACCP certified meat producer in the south of Japan, who has decided to build a new pig slaughterhouse with MPS technology. With this investment Kowadaya wants to improve their already high hygienic standard. Mr. Y. Matsuno, owner of Kowadaya, has chosen for a scalding/dehairing line and maximum use of robots in the evisceration process. Although the hourly throughput is 250 pigs, the use of slaughter robots highly increases efficiency, hygiene and eliminates hard labour.

Kowadaya K.K. is the first company in Japan, who operates the F-line FLR (automatic leaflard remover), F-line FNC (automatic neck cutter) and the F-line FSC (automatic carcass chopper). After Nanckiku, they are the second company in Japan with a F-line FPC (automatic pre-cutter), F-line FBO (automatic belly-breast opener) and F-line FBD (automatic bung dropper).
