MPS is tweede geworden in de strijd om de Twente Export Award 2008. In hotel Bloemenbeek in De Lutte nam het Lichtenvoordse bedrijf het op tegen de voormalig Stork-zuster Hess Aac Systems uit Hengelo dat door de jury werd verkozen tot winnaar. De Twente Export Award is een initiatief van de WTC Twente Business Club en wordt jaarlijks uitgereikt aan een bedrijf dat internationaal producten of diensten afzet.

MPS is door naar de finale van de Twente Export Award. Van de door leden van WTC Twente genomineerde bedrijven mochten gisteren avond vier kanshebbers zich presenteren in het Arke Stadion in Enschede. Starsale B.V, Ankerslot B.V., Hess Aac Systems B.V. en MPS stelden zich voor en gaven het publiek inzicht in hun internationale activiteiten. Het publiek koos Hess Aac Systems B.V. en MPS als finalisten voor de eindronde op 24 april.

MPS has developed the second generation slaughter automation where others are still inventing.
But more important MPS has already more than 250 tools operational world-wide. Currently MPS has scaled up production and is building the F-line in a continues production flow.

In today's red meat industry, it is increasingly important to increase yields, reduce product contamination and reduce heavy labour. MPS has found solutions for all three challenges through the F-line, a new generation of modular robots for slaughtering pigs.

China Yurun Food Group, China's second meat and poultry processor, have chosen MPS again as their supplier for a pig slaughter line (600 p/h). MPS is currently finishing installation of the first slaughter line in Harbin, and will commence the production for the facility in Shenyang shortly.

Kermene in France, a subsidiary of Legalec, the purchasing unit of French hypermarket E. Leclerq is a leading company, which specialises in animal slaughter and meat processing. 06-03-2006 - USA: F-line for Freeport Farms
Freeport Farms, Inc. has chosen to automate their new processing plant with a complete set of F-line slaughtering automates. The F-line technology is the world-wide standard with over 175 units succesfully installed already. The capacity ranges from 250 - 1.270 pigs per hour and the pay-back period can be as short as 1.8 years due to labour reduction, contamination reduction but most important slaughter efficiency improvement.

Kowadaya Japan has taken pork processing to the next level by installing a full set of F-line tools in their new state of the art slaughter facility. MPS installed a complete 250 per hour pig slaughter line including F-line robots.

Kroot Vlees BV is part of the Vion Food Group and one of the largest beef producers in the Netherlands. MPS is currently redesigning the cutting and packing rooms and increasing the slaughter capacity to 100 animals per hour.

MPS has sold and installed two F-line Universal Marker robots (F-line FUM). The MPS F-line FUM Universal Marker replaces the task of manual marking of carcasses (codes and EU stamps). Because of its flexibility and reliability this machine is indispensable in the Horsens slaughterline!
09-02-2006 - Germany: MPS Warehouse Management System installed at Tönnies Fleisch in one weekend!
Due to the increased production Tönnies Fleisch in Weissenfels required a state-of-art solution for their warehousing requirements. MPS customized the MPS Warehouse Management System and incorporated that in the newly built MPS cold storage.
Installation was completed in only one weekend!
