In a very short time MPS carried out the installation and test run of the slaughterhouse. This makes high quality pork now available in Yunnan province as well as in other parts of China.

Drilling of the bung
Midas electronic stunning: This automatic stunner with conveyor belt is designed to reduce pigs' stress and prevent broken bones supporting pigs gently and well on the belly. Stunning is done by sending constant current / low voltage to both sides of the head and to the heart.
New generation of scalding: Introduction of "the condensation scalding tunnel process" is the most outstanding point of this new plant. This method, often referred as the third generation technology, submerged scalding being the first and shower scalding the second, utilises the latest technology.
